Piper & Annie- Staffy & Mixed Breed

Who would have thought our dogs were capable of this! No barking, no fighting, just chilled and relaxed with their very good visitor. Mind your paws have been really awesome for our girls. Thank you so much  Kristy!"

"This would never have happened a few months ago."- Deanna, Humpty Doo

Bella- Bull Mastiff

November 12, 2018

I have been training Bella every day since our last session and I am so happy with how she is going. I have been confident enough to take her to the park with the kids. We haven't come across other dogs as yet, but she has been doing her sit/drop step always in public with a lot of distractions. You are a miracle worker - she is becoming such a well mannered young lady."- Louise, Coconut Grove

Patsy- Border Collie

Kristy is easy to talk to and provides helpful tips. She is also very hands on and practical. Our family love working with her."- Larelle, Jingili

Storm- Rottweiler

November 12, 2018

"My 10yr old daughter and 19 week old rottweiler pup have just started with Kristy's puppy class. Amazing. So patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Jazmin thinks she makes things simple and easy to understand. She loves how much you love dogs and thinks that both herself and Storm are learning a great deal. Thank you."- Jen, Leanyer

Toby- Labradoodle

November 12, 2018

"We loved the methods Kristy was teaching in the beginners class: Non violent - yet very effective! We definitely continue the training. my 11 year old boy is the dog owner. Other trainers in Darwin wouldn't have accepted kids his age, but Kristy has a great way of dealing with kids and experience as a school teacher. The training really has enhanced the relationship between my son and his dog."- Anja, Fannie Bay

Dozer- English Staffy

November 12, 2018

"I am so pleased we took the chance on Mind Your Paws!!! Kristy and Ralph have taught us soooo much! Dozer has calmed down significantly, walks beautifully on lead, can be trusted in a drop step away for over half an hour!!!(never thought that was possible!!!) And is becoming quite the well mannered pooch in public. Jumping has decreased significantly (and i expect will completely stop soon with some more practice in tougher situations) do yourself and your furbaby the favour and do the 10 week course! We have gone from shell shocked in the first week (wow we had a lot to learn) to acheiving all of the tasks and we have a better relationship now that I know how to create trust with my dog. Thank you Kristy and Ralph!!!"- Sinead, Bakewell

Skylah- Border Collie

November 12, 2018

"Skylah and I learnt so much at Mind Your Paws training. The lessons are easy to follow and Kristy is always happy to re-explain and demonstrate skills as you progress through the classes. I honestly did not think Skylah would learn so much in such a short time frame but she has stopped jumping, doesn't bark so much and doesn't run out the gate (well most of the time anyway!). Thanks Mind Your Paws...we'll be back to learn more!"- Cassie, Parap

Ernie- Bull Mastiff x

November 12, 2018

"Before starting with Mind your Paws, walking on the lead was terrible for us both! He would pull, walk in circles around me and continually stop to pee on trees. Now, walking is a pleasure. We are able to enjoy walking with no pulling, and only stopping when I say we can. He is now a very well mannered dog, respecting boundaries in the house and car, and he even learnt how to jump into the car on the first request."- Shannon, Woodroffe

Bear- Bull Terrier x Alaskan Malamute

November 12, 2018

"Bear has gone from a dog that would not walk on a lead without pulling to one that my children can even walk safely. It has meant that he has enjoyed more walks as well as us enjoying taking him rather than it becoming a chore no one wanted to do. I forget that he really is only still a puppy and it is amazing at how well he has done in such a short space in time. I hope that I will keep up the good work that Kristy has started us doing, and we can eventually go for walks with only a flat collar and lead and still have the same control. I have enjoyed my time at training and will definitely be back with Bear."- Kate, Durack

Fleur- Kelpie x Australian Cattle Dog

November 12, 2018

"Fleur joined the beginner's class as a 4 month old puppy who had lived at the RSPCA. She was quite timid at first and has grown in confidence. As a kelpie X she really took to training and has benefited from learning boundaries. Fleur has been really good with the Mind your Paws positive reinforcement approach and tries hard. Thanks Kristy for all your guidance and encouragement. We enjoy our training sessions."- Nicki, Durack
